While extensive experience is not required, EXCEPTIONAL LANGUAGE SKILLS (EN/FR/NL), STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE AND INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES ARE ESSENTIAL. You thrive working independently and have no issue handling responsibilities on your own.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Taking ownership of your center, managing opening and closing procedures.
- Working independently while maintaining frequent customer interactions.
- Key duties encompass:
- Welcoming customers, visitors, and suppliers (EN/NL/FR),
- Overseeing daily office operations and reporting to management,
- Answering phones professionally and directing calls (EN/NL/FR),
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail/packages,
- Managing outgoing mail/packages,
- Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, managing client files, check-in/check-out processes,
- Handling meeting room and event requests including preparation and catering arrangements,
- Coordinating event logistics and managing reservations,
- Conducting check-ins/outs and inputting costs into the system,
- Preparing new client offices and ensuring comprehensive administrative follow-up,
- Addressing requests, issues, complaints, etc.,
- Daily inspection of common areas and inventory management,
- Demonstrating our products and services during unexpected visits in a commercial manner (EN, NL, FR),
- Managing new leads from inquiry to contract signature for a specific product.
**About your work environment**:
You'll work in a pleasant and dynamic real estate sector environment, operating independently with regular interaction with clients, colleagues, and the accounting department. Your role extends beyond traditional reception duties, making you a crucial part of the company and the face of our clients. You'll work Monday to Friday under day shifts (no remote work).
**Your profile**:

- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.
- Impeccable presentation (business attire required).
- STRONG administrative skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- PUNCTUALITY.
- Comfort working independently while maintaining client interaction.
- Adherence to managerial instructions and guidelines.
- Capability to work under pressure and effectively manage downtime.
