Director of Procurement, Production

**DE JOB**:
Infrabel is op zoek naar een Director voor de nieuwe directie Procurement, Production & Supply Chain.
Deze directie zal de operationele activiteiten van Infrabel rechtstreeks ondersteunen via belangrijke investeringen (11 miljard over de periode 2023-2032), productiesites in Schaarbeek en Bascoup (waar onder meer 300 wissels per jaar gebouwd worden) en een supply chain die een optimale beschikbaarheid van de kritieke materialen en uitrustingen garandeert, zowel dankzij het centrale magazijn in Schaarbeek als via gedecentraliseerde bevoorradingssites.
Je opdracht bestaat erin de aankoop-, productie
- en bevoorradingsactiviteiten van Infrabel gecentraliseerd en gecoördineerd te beheren.
Je werkgebied behelst:
- Ontwikkelen van een geïntegreerde visie op de aankoop-, productie
- en supply chainactiviteiten teneinde de operationele teams een hoogwaardige dienstverlening te bieden die rekening houdt met de uitdagingen van de circulaire economie.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een verantwoorde aankoopstrategie ter ondersteuning van de transitie naar duurzamere economische markten.
- Ontwikkelen van de visie en governance met betrekking tot aankoop
- en productiebeslissingen om de beste aankoopvoorwaarden voor Infrabel te garanderen.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een productieplan voor de werkplaatsen van Bascoup en Schaarbeek.
- Smeden van partnerships om efficiënte oplossingen aan te reiken voor de behoeften van Infrabel en de Belgische economie te stimuleren.
- Zorgen voor de voortdurende optimalisatie van de bevoorradingsketen.
Als lid van het executive committee werk je nauw samen met de andere directors om de strategische doelstellingen van de onderneming te realiseren.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- 10 jaar werkervaring in ten minste een van de volgende activiteiten: Procurement, Production & Supply Chain.
- Een gedegen ervaring in teammanagement.
- Grondige kennis van Program & Change Management-principes.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands, goede kennis van het Engels in je werkgebied.
- Kennis van de publieke sector en de spoorwereld is een troef.
