**Athena 2 Program: Mission & Purpose**

The Athena 2 Program is aiming to replace current Legacy ERP & ERP Satellite systems as well as to deliver new solutions to address current and future business needs. It is the transformation of our Quote to Cash (QTC) solutions and transitioning to a more customer centric QTC solutions and operating model.

**Main purpose/scope of the role**

In the Customer Portal Specialist project role, you will be a key member of the Commercial workstream for Wave 2 of the Athena 2 Program, supporting the design, delivery and deployment completion of the Customer Portal foundation (Order Status self-service to our customers)

This role will get a great opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our Customer Services with key focus on operational effectiveness and customer experience.

**Main responsibilities**

The Portal Specialist will have to work closely with other Functional/Process leaders and various business stakeholders as well as IT teams to ensure any proposed solution is aligned with the Athena 2 strategic objectives and process design.
- Following the business requirement identification, work with various partners (internal and external) to support the design, development and implementation of the solution (process, tool, people, data). Ensure the process design and system usage aligns to business/regional, functional strategy.
- Constructive collaboration with key stakeholders in the businesses, region and supporting functions like IT, to ensure capabilities are well designed, deployed, understood and adopted in line with the business’s needs
- Manage key stakeholder engagement & change management by organizing/communicating regularly with key stakeholders to discuss project activities, progress and hurdles, and/or support required.
- Drive data readiness activities for Customer Contact management
- Testing, validation & compliance: Act as the primary contact for the execution of the testing and validation plans, including defect resolution.
- As required, provide input and support for Community User set up and enrollment
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the Cutover plan, including Data Migration
- Actively contribute to the Training Strategy and Documentation. Deliver Customer Portal guides, FAQ’s to BD associates and Customers.
- Hypercare support, as well and managing the subsequent transition to business-as-usual support after Hypercare.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience with business requirements gathering, integrative thinking, process definition, and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
- Expertise and interest in the areas of Digitalization, Order Management, Customer Service & Supply Chain management.
- Understanding of the integration and dependencies of complex QTC processes.
- In depth knowledge of business process management and ERP/CRMs (SAP, SFDC,..).
- Fluency in English both written & oral is mandatory, any other language will be an asset
