Accounting Manager

L'évolution de notre partenaire au coeur de l'innovation s'accompagne d'une diversification et d'une spécialisation des postes, avec la création de nouveaux métiers de pointe. Dans le cadre de cette professionnalisation, notre partenaire recherche un(e) Accounting Manager expérimenté(e) pour préparer les états financiers mensuels et gérer les projets financiers.
Vous aurez l'occasion de rejoindre l'équipe Accounting & Procurement et vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du Group Accounting Manager.
**FONCTION**
Vos responsabilités seront variées et se développeront en parallèle avec vos compétences et votre prise d'initiative. Elles peuvent être divisées en deux catégories:
1. Comptabilité:
- Être responsable de la clôture mensuelle et annuelle des entités belges ;
- Diriger une équipe de comptables (junior, medior et senior) ;
- Fournir des informations financières aux différentes parties prenantes (COMEX, BoD,...) ;
- Gérer les processus d'audit externe de manière efficace et en temps voulu.
2. Projets et initiatives d'amélioration:
- Notre partenaire évolue au sein d'un environnement au rythme rapide, et gère de nombreuses initiatives stratégiques qui visent à soutenir le business et ses décisions. Vous serez dès lors amené(e) à:
- Gérer des projets financiers transversaux tels que : l'intégration de nouvelles activités (nouvelles filiales et expansion des activités), la mise en œuvre d'outils de Business Intelligence au niveau du groupe, la mise en place d'un process de reporting standard pour nos filiales,...
- Co-diriger avec les directeurs financiers du groupe les projets de Fast Closing, de conversion aux IFRS et d'introduction en bourse ;
- Améliorer le processus de reporting.
- Cette liste de tâches est non exhaustive et est amenée à évoluer._
**Et si c'était vous ?**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master dans le secteur de la Finance ;
- Vous avez une excellente compréhension de la comptabilité générale et de la finance en général ;
- Vous avez plus de 7 ans d'expérience financière générale pertinente dans un environnement commercial international (idéalement au siège) ;
- Une expérience en gestion de projet est un atout ;
- Vous êtes une personne pragmatique, désireuse d'évoluer dans un environnement au rythme rapide (croissance à deux chiffres) ;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de partenariat commercial ;
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais ;
- Vous avez le sens de la communication, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation ;
- Vous êtes familier(ère) avec l'informatique : Excel, ERP, Power BI ou autres outils de BI ;
- Vous êtes capable d'avoir un impact et d'influencer les autres ;
- Vous avez un bon sens du détail et de l'initiative.
