**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team van Employer Branding & Corporate Communication staat in voor alle interne en externe corporate communicatie bij AG: als verzekeraar, als maatschappelijk geëngageerde onderneming en als werkgever. Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Internal Communications Manager**.
- Als Internal Communications Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor **alle interne strategische, operationele en functionele communicatie** bij AG. Samen met je team til je de interne communicatie bij AG naar een hoger niveau.
- Je doet aan **corporate storytelling** op strategisch niveau en maakt de juiste vertaalslag in functie van de verschillende stakeholders en doelgroepen.
- Samen met je team ondersteun je (top)managers in hun interne communicatie en teken je een vernieuwde interne **communicatiestrategie** uit, zodat medewerkers - op verschillende niveaus - geïnformeerd zijn en zich betrokken voelen bij wat reilt en zeilt bij AG.
- Op basis van de noden van onze collega’s en de verschillende doelgroepen (top-400, people managers, alle medewerkers ) verfijn je de **kanalen
- en contentstrategie** om ervoor te zorgen dat onze interne communicatie relevanter en impactvoller wordt.
- Je zet een effectieve **governance** en samenwerking op met andere (communicatie)afdelingen. Enerzijds vertaal je zo de contentstrategie in een concrete **contentkalender** die de bedrijfsstrategie ondersteunt en de cultuur versterkt. Anderzijds ondersteun je andere afdelingen in hun decentrale communicatie-initiatieven.
- Je merkt het al: om al die stappen te zetten, staan we aan het begin van een **veranderingstraject**, zowel in je eigen team als in de samenwerking met andere afdelingen. En we rekenen op jou om dat in goede banen te leiden.
- Als **people manager** stuur je een team aan van een vijftal junior en senior communicatiespecialisten. Je coacht hen zodat zij zich samen met het team verder ontwikkelen.
- Ten slotte maak je ook deel uit van het **crisiscommunicatieteam** van AG.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je bent een **gedreven communicatieprofessional** met minstens 7 jaar ervaring op de teller, waarvan minstens 5 in grote ondernemingen. Je hebt een **strategische langetermijnvisie** op interne communicatie en weet die helder over te brengen.
- Over **change management** hoeven we jou bij wijze van spreken niets meer te leren.
- Je hebt de juiste **projectmanagementreflexen** en weet hoe je je team optimaal organiseert om meerdere bordjes tegelijk in de lucht te houden.
- Als **people manager** weet je de optimale match te vinden tussen de noden van de organisatie en de competenties en ambities van je teamleden. Je slaagt er dan ook als geen ander in om het beste uit je team te halen, je teamleden te motiveren en zowel junior als meer ervaren profielen te ondersteunen in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Je bent een geboren **netwerker**. Je schat behoeften en gevoeligheden van stakeholders snel en correct in en speelt erop in.
- Je bent gezond **kritisch** en **assertief**. Denk je nu: ‘Waarom?’ Dat bedoelen we
- Je bent **stressbestendig**. Je haalt energie uit strakke deadlines, je krijgt een intellectuele kick van crisiscommunicatie.
