As an **Internal Communications Employee Engagement Manager**, your main responsibilities are:

- Develop and drive a comprehensive and inclusive employee engagement program
- Expected to generate new ideas, build consensus, and successfully execute them
- Globalize key employee engagement programs such as: Lunch & Learns, One Month One Project, employee speed networking, mingles, exc
- Work back with key leaders from across the business to understand employee engagement challenges and needs and find ways to support these using existing mechanisms and new programs as needed
- Act as a connector between the regions and business lines to bring global continuity to the ENGIE Impact employee experience
- Connect with different teams across the business to understand successful employee engagement programs today and where we can globalize those.
- Own and drive the employee council
- Manage the employee communications for promoting and improving attendance/engagement within these programs, with strategic thinking and a high degree of excellence in tactical output
- Partner closely with the Internal Communication, HR and Culture teams to ensure a harmonized employee experience.
- Act as a culture bearer of the team, supporting the connectivity and engagement initiatives.

- Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English and at least one of our local languages (EMEA).
- 5-8 Years of experience in related function
- Strong writing and presenting skills
- Advanced Excel and intermediate Word/PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience with global, cross functional engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to function independently as well as part of a team Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality; willing to bring creative, analytical ideas to leadership team
- Well organized, both in focus on daily activities and work product output
- Able to communicate difficult concepts across multiple disciplines and to a diverse group of people
- Understands the importance of presenting clear and concise data for ease of understanding by management
- Analytical problem solving with strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinker
- Strong ability to initiate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Uncompromising ethics and urge to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement
- Understanding of Energy Business
- Understanding of commercial activities (marketing, sales, commercial ops)
