Als Auditor consultant krijg je de kans om de nog relatief nieuwe dienst binnen KTBA verder mee uit te bouwen. KTBA is onderdeel van het internationaal gerenommeerde concern Mérieux NutriSciences en heeft daardoor zowel nationaal als internationaal een groot netwerk aan opdrachtgevers. Op strategisch niveau kan je dan “een kijkje nemen in de keukens” van het topsegment van (met name) levensmiddelenbedrijven. KTBA bied je de mogelijkheid om ook buiten je comfortzone te werken door het aangaan van projecten in branches of bij bedrijven die nieuw voor je zijn. Hierdoor vergroot je als Consultant je ervaring en expertise en blijf je continu in beweging en ontwikkeling.
**Wat ga je doen als Auditor Consultant Food?**
Als Auditor consultant toets je bij klanten van KTBA of kwaliteitssystemen in opzet en in praktijk voldoen aan kwaliteitsstandaarden (BRC, IFS, FSSC22000, ACS etc.). Als Auditor word je na een gedegen inwerkproces alleen of in een team met collega’s ingezet voor audits op gebied van kwaliteit en/of business continuity binnen Food bedrijven. Dit werk vraagt dat je analytisch, kritisch en oplossingsgericht bent en verder beschikt over en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.Wat vragen we van je als Auditor Consultant Food?
- Zelfstandig, of in teamverband, uitvoeren van de voedselveiligheidsaudits (bij voorkeur BRC, FSSC 22000 en IFS is een pré) bij bedrijven die actief zijn in de levensmiddelensector;
- Onderling overleggen met directe collega’s aangaande norminterpretaties en uitvoering van audits;
- Uitvoeren van eindbeoordelingen op auditrapportages (reviews);
- Meedenken over ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten, markten en klanten.
- Gedegen ervaring op het gebied change-, performancemanagement e.d.;
- Prettige, stevige gesprekspartner op zowel strategisch als tactisch niveau;
- Uitstekende communicatieve
- en advies vaardigheden;
- Proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht vanuit een inhoudelijke deskundigheid;
- Kennis van de wet
- en regelgeving rondom food is een pré;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, kennis van Frans is een pré;
- Bereid om internationaal te reizen (circa 10-25% van de tijd).

Een goede werk-privé balans vinden we belangrijk en daarom heb je veel flexibiliteit in werktijden en kan je de functie zowel parttime (mínimaal 32 uur) als fulltime uitoefenen. We hebben een actieve sportcommissie en personeelsvereniging en diverse keren per jaar komen we met alle collega’s samen tijdens de KTBA-dag. Je salaris wordt ingeschaald op basis van werkervaring en inzetbaarheid aangevuld met secundaire voorwaarden zoals pensioenregeling, leaseauto, laptop en telefoon.
