**Omschrijving**:
Onze klant zoekt een HRIS Consultant met meer dan 10 jaar bedrijfs
- en technische ervaring met HCM-pakketten.
Onze klant wil immers zo’n systeem in haar HR-departement implementeren voor de volgende materies: eerst en vooral personeelsbeheer (dossierbeheer, opslag, enz.) en evaluaties, en vervolgens aanwervingen, loopbaanmanagement, werktijdmanagement, vorming,...
De kandidaat heeft een grondige kennis van de markt en de verschillende bestaande oplossingen.
**Profiel**
De kandidaat zal bijstaan bij:
- het definiëren van haar noden op basis van haar omvang, haar bestaande werkprocedures (zo nodig, herzienbaar), haar IT-omgeving (meer bepaald haar beveiligings
- en gegevensbeschermingsregels),...;
- het bepalen van de omvang (betrokken functies en prioritering) van dit project op korte, middellange en lange termijn;
- het identificeren van de risico’s en aandachtspunten van dit soort project;
- het uitwerken van de technische criteria en specificaties voor de publicatie van openbare uitbestedingen;
- het ramen van de kosten voor het opzetten en onderhouden van dergelijke oplossingen, zoals:
- de kosten voor aankoop en onderhoud van de benodigde pakketten;
- de profielen van en het aantal VTE’s (IT, HR,...) die nodig zijn om dit project tot een goede einde te brengen, nl. om de pakketten te configureren en de nodige ontwikkelingen te realiseren en in stand te houden, ook in de toekomst;
- het aantal VTE’s dat HR nodig heeft om de bestaande HR-procedures, waar nodig, te herzien;
- het opvolgen van de resultaten van openbare uitbestedingen;
- het kiezen van de juiste partners en tools;
- het implementeren van de gekozen oplossingen.
