Het departement IT Energy Market and Real-Time Applications & Projects is verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen en het langetermijnonderhoud van IT-tools voor de operationele processen van Elia. Dit omvat onder andere het realtime computergestuurd beheer van het toezicht
- en controlesystem voor het elektriciteitsnet (EMS/SCADA), tools die de bevoorradingszekerheid garanderen en tools die transacties op de verschillende energiemarkten en de uitwisseling van data tussen marktspelers vergemakkelijken.

Deze rol maakt ook deel uit van de digitalisatiestrategie van Elia Group. De IT-projectmanager zal betrokken zijn bij verschillende projecten om upgrades en informatie uit te wisselen. Dit gebeurt in het kader van een partnerschap met de Duitse entiteit 50Hertz en/of andere entiteiten binnen Elia Transmission Belgium.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zo snel mogelijk ons team kan vervoegen als IT-projectmanager en de verantwoordelijkheid op zich zal nemen voor de volledige uitrol van IT-projecten binnen dit departement.

**Je hoofdtaken zijn o.a.**:
IT-projecten beheren, in het bijzonder projecten opstarten en opvolgen, hun implementatie plannen, toezicht houden op hun reikwijdte, budget en planning, problemen en risico’s beheren, voortgangsrapporten opstellen, documentatie aanleggen, enz.;
samenwerken met de business om de prioriteiten in je projectportfolio te bepalen;
samenwerken en synchroniseren met boven
- of ondergeschikte IT-projecten die aan jouw projecten voorafgaan of deze volgen, om zo beperkingen in de planning aan te pakken en synergiën tussen projecten te creëren;
door de business gestelde vereisten testen vooraleer ze worden goedgekeurd;
door de business opgestelde specificaties valideren en verifiëren en, in het geval van binnen Elia ontwikkelde software, deze vertalen naar een functioneel en technisch ontwerp gestoeld op Microsoft-technologieën (.NET);
samen met de technische.NET-beheerder een team van interne en/of externe ontwikkelaars aansturen en nauw toezicht houden op projecten met aangekochte of extern ontwikkelde software;
een test
- en kwaliteitsbeheersstrategie valideren en hierop toezicht houden tijdens de uitrol;
releases overzien;
eindgebruikers ondersteunen (als tweede lijn);
het onderhoud van de ontwikkelde oplossingen organiseren en prioriteren.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een universiteitsdiploma met specialisatie in IT en/of elektriciteit.

Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als IT Project Manager en/of Business Analyst en/of Functional Analyst en/of Product Owner.

Ervaring met network simulatie tools en/of EMS/SCADA-systemen is een pluspunt (PowerFactory, PSE, PowSyBl, etc.).

Ervaring met Scrum Agile framework development en/of lean management is een pluspunt.

Ervaring met projecten/producten op basis van Microsoft-architectuur (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server) is een pluspunt.

Je communiceert vlot met ontwikkelaars over technische kwesties.

Kennis van en ervaring in de elektriciteits
- en/of energiesector is een pluspunt.

Je volgt de nieuwste IT-ontwikkelingen op de voet. Aantoonbare ervaring in digitalisering is een pluspunt.

Je communiceert vlot met beheerders over technische en ontwerpkwesties.

Je bent analytisch ingesteld en beschikt over goede organisatievaardigheden.

Je bent klantgericht, communiceert goed en werkt goed in teamverband.

Je bent bereid om aan bepaalde projecten buiten België te werken (bv. met 50Hertz, de Duitse transmissienetbeheerder van Elia Group).

Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.
