Mpact est une asbl active dans l’économie du partage depuis 1975 (déjà ). **Fonction**
Vous allez rejoindre notre équipe IT composée de 6 personnes. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec l’équipe des Projects Managers qui gèrent nos services, des projets européens et la communication de l’ASBL, et d’autres équipes de Mpact (le centre d’appels, la comptabilité et la branche francophone de l’ASBL qui travaille à Bruxelles et à Gembloux).
Votre travail comprend 2 responsabilités principales:
- **Gestion de projets IT **:vous serez le lien entre l’équipe IT et l’équipe des Projects Managers. Vous serez en charge du suivi des projets afin de permettre à l’équipe IT de développer efficacement les plateformes et logiciels internes.
- **Analyse fonctionnelle et technique des projets** en collaboration avec les collègues concernés.
**Profil**
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et vous vous intégrez facilement au sein d’une nouvelle équipe.
- Vous communiquez facilement et de manière claire. Vous êtes capable de présenter un projet de manière convaincante.
- Vous êtes organisé.e et savez planifier vos tâches efficacement.
- Vous partagez un intérêt pour les valeurs et les missions de l’ASBL.
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et avez une bonne connaissance écrite et orale du français et/ou du néerlandais.
- Vous avez suffisamment de connaissances en programmation pour comprendre ce qu’il se passe et aider vos collègues développeurs en cas de besoin, mais ne devez pas savoir coder vous-même. Vous êtes capable de valider les données et les processus.
**Compétences**
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet AGILE et vous pouvez utiliser des outils professionnels tels que JIRA.
- Vous créez des scénarios tests que vous testez vous-même.
- Vous êtes capable d’utiliser Adobe XD et Confluence pour réaliser des analyses techniques et des prototypages.
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de données et en rédaction de requêtes (par exemple en SQL).
- Vous pouvez lire et interpréter des spécifications API, et vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’architecture des services web.
- Des compétences graphiques et une expérience UX sont un atout.
- Des compétences en programmation sont un plus.
