**Job Title: HR intern - Social Elections Support**

**Position Summary**

Where will you work? **Nestlé’s offices in Brussels
- ** When will you start?** Early February - Mid May 2024
- ** How long will it last?** 3 to 4 months

During your internship, you will plan, organize, and coordinate all activities related to the social elections for Nestlé & Nespresso in 2024, together with the project coordinator and the external partner.

You will ensure compliance with Belgian laws and regulations regarding social elections, and also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth preparation and running of the elections.

**Responsibilities and tasks**

For Nestlé & Nespresso (2 processes in parallel), in collaboration with the social elections 2024 coordinator, you will take care of:

- Planning:

- Follow-up the detailed plan for the social elections, including key steps, timelines and stakeholders.
- Make sure all information and documents are shared on time with the external partner and posted on the website of FOD WASO/SPF ETSS.
- Communication:

- Inform employees all along the social elections procedure, including the voting process.
- Organize information sessions, if applies.
- Collaborate with social elections coordinator/employee representatives to ensure transparent and effective communication.
- Election organization:

- Coordinate the setup of the digital voting days, together with the IT dept
- Put in place the voting process, together with the social elections coordinator, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Together with the President of the voting office, ensure the collection, counting, and validation of votes in accordance with electoral rules.
- Monitoring and reporting:

- Compile election results received from the President.
- Communicate these results to the employees.
- Provide final feedback for improving future electoral processes.
- Reporting:

- Report any key information/possible disputes/issues or challenges related to the social elections, to the social elections coordinator
- Ensure compliance with decisions made internally, social election process and timelines

NB: The scope of responsibilities can evolve during the stage period.

**What will make you successful**
- You are fluent in French/Dutch; English is a plus.
- You are a junior professional, hands on approach with a first experience as stagiaire.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Economics, Sales or Marketing.
- Flexible and autonomous, you keep an eye on strict deadlines, and give regular feedbacks to the social elections coordinator
- You are precise and do your utmost to comply with procedures and deadlines
- You are interested in legal matters
- Your are a good communicator
- You can handle a stressful time
- You have very good digital skills
