Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.
**The Position**
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has established relationships within the world of luxury.We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead the PR and Marketing initiatives for Hotel Amigo to raise hotel awareness, drive demand, deepen loyalty and enrich brand experience.
Essential Functions
Take responsibility for the development and delivery of annual Marketing plans and Marketing budgets in line with the hotel strategic priorities and revenue target by market segments.
In conjunction with the DOSM, assist with the creation and development of key events.
Work with internal and external resources to define a clear positioning for each outlet that resonates under the overall hotel positioning.
Identify relevant marketing partners for the hotel and manage these relationships profitably
Manages social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Coordinate hotel show-around, onsite visits to the hotel from media, and handle media requests including reservations, dining, experiencing/reviewing any hotel services.
In conjunction with the DOSM, work closely with all of the hotel’s departments, seeking pro-active opportunities and planning promotions to address specific business priorities.
Planning of Hotel marketing activities to support events and promotions.
Positive attitude and outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
Excellent grooming standards
Previous experience in a Marketing and PR role
