**Sommaire du poste**:
- Dépend du Directeur Régional Sales & Marketing._
**SALES 70% **:Le Sales Executive, membre de l’équipe S&M, devra proactivement solliciter et générer des demandes sur le segment corporate et gouvernement (délégations, ambassades, représentations permanentes, institutions gouvernementales ) et MICE, et faire de l’account management sur les comptes déjà existants. Identifier les opportunités sur nos marchés afin de maximiser les revenus globaux de l’hôtel. Mise en place d’un plan d’action afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs en relation avec la stratégie générale de l’hôtel en accord avec le RDOSM.
**MARKETING 30% **:Mise à jour du site web & veille des RS
**Missions principales**:
- Être le point de contact privilégié de tous les acteurs du secteur Corporates et Gouvernement, MICE (clients existants + prospects) et représenter Warwick Brussels et l’hôtel Barsey by Warwick ;
- Mise en place d’un plan d’action et suivi régulier de son avancée ;
- Organisation de télémarketing (par semaine avec un objectif d’appels et visite par semaine) et sales blitz, Site visite, déjeuner & diner clients ;
- Participe au roadshow, foire et salons, networking évent, en lien avec la stratégie mise en place ;
- Suivi administratif régulier des demandes Corporate en relation avec le service Réservation et Revenue. Démarchage de nouveaux clients ;
- Veille concurrentielle, analyses des besoins et des tendances du marchés bruxellois ;
- Tâche administrative, mise à jour du système et des données, mise en place des data base, envoie des contrats,;
- Mise à jour du site web & CMS ;
- Création de package et offre ;
- Posts réseaux sociaux ;
**Profil souhaité**:
- Motivé, volontaire, indépendant, organisé et capable de travailler en autonomie tout en rapportant au Directeur des ventes. Capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation ;
- Honnêteté et empathie sont également des qualités importantes ;
- Force de persuasion et enthousiasme ;
- Diplôme de gestion hôtelière ou Vente - Niveau bac +2 BTS Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou Action commerciale ;
- EN et FR ou NL - toute autre langue est un plus ;
- Première expérience en sales requise ;
- Créatif & utilisation d’outils de créa ;
