**TEASER**
Health & Safety offre du support visant à créer un environnement de travail où il fait bon travailler, en sécurité et en bonne santé. Les collègues conseillent les clients par rapport à divers aspects de la sécurité et du bien-être des collaborateurs, tels la surveillance médicale et la vérification technique, l’absentéisme et le bien-être psychosocial.

**Fonction**
- Vous intégrez notre équipe de "Planning Central" pour tout ce qui concerne l’organisation des examens médicaux chez le client.
- Vous analyser et traitez les besoins de vos clients avec la plus grande attention et nouez une relation durable avec eux. Vous leur offrez vos conseils, anticipez leurs besoins et leur proposez des solutions ou d’autres services adaptés.
- Vous établissez des plannings corrects à l’aide des logiciels les plus courants que vous maniez sans peine.
- Vous prenez contact par téléphone pour fixer des rendez-vous et cherchez toujours la meilleure solution possible pour le client.
- Vous cherchez continuellement à obtenir leur feedback sur la qualité de nos solutions et de nos conseils qui leur ont été fourni pour améliorer la qualité de notre service.
- Vous offrez du support pour des missions d’ordre administratif.

**Profil**
- Vous possédez des compétences administratives et informatiques prononcées.
- Vous êtes précis(e), bien organisé(e) et proactif(ve).
- Vous êtes flexible, bon communicateur et faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe. Vous osez prendre le téléphone et proactivement appeler les clients de Securex.
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
- Une expérience dans le planning ou comme assistant(e) médical(e) est un atout.
- Vous êtes bilingue (FR/NL -NL/FR)
