Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden van industriële LED verlichting, zijn we op zoek naar een Engineering / Project Manager.

**JOUW MISSIE?**
- **Leiderschap**: Neem de leiding over ons toegewijde engineeringteam en streef naar perfectie in elk project dat je aanpakt.
- **Projectbeheer**: Overzie elk project van idee tot uitvoering, waarbij je elk detail nauwgezet beheert.
- **Technisch leiderschap**: Blijf altijd up-to-date met de nieuwste technologische trends en begeleid het team in het kiezen van de beste tools en technologieën.
- **Communicatie**: Onderhoud transparante communicatie met alle stakeholders, van interne teams tot klanten.
- **Continue verbetering**: Zet je actief in voor het optimaliseren en verbeteren van teamprocessen en -methoden.
- **Strategische ontwikkeling**: Creëer en voer strategieën uit die de kwaliteitsnormen waarborgen.
- **Samenwerking**: Werk hand in hand met andere afdelingen en beheer resources en budgetten efficiënt.

**IS DIT JOU OP HET LIJF GESCHREVEN?**
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor of masterdiploma binnen de elektromechanica of elektriciteit.
- Je waardeert klantinteracties, handelt proactief en begrijpt de cruciale rol van klantrelaties.
- Je hebt het vermogen om complexe problemen te doorgronden en ze in een breder perspectief te plaatsen.
- Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel in ontvangst als overdracht van informatie.
- Met een solide technische achtergrond bied je ons team waardevol technisch leiderschap.
- Je denkt vooruit, ontwikkelt strategieën die aansluiten bij onze doelen en voert ze vakkundig uit.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, benadert taken praktisch en hebt sterke PC-vaardigheden.
