A new, challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Advisor to support the activities within Industrial Air Filtration (IAF). This position will be based in our Leuven office and reporting Griet Gilis, Business Development and Product Manager. The internal title for this position is Specialist Business Development II.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your focus will be on supporting the strategic initiatives that support further sales channel development. Current focus is on developing the Service program and Strategic projects that support the further growth of IAF.- Supporting Industrial Service Group with developing processes, tools, analyses, that drive the implementation and success.- Leading strategic projects that support the growth of IAF. Examples are, projects to maintain the AfterMarket business of all sold installations, development of our Dust Filter Catalogue, coordination of Marketing activities,. These projects vary according to the strategic focus set.- Supporting the different involved teams with training, setting up user guides and giving active support.- Partnering with the sales and service organization for Business Process Optimization.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Studies, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or similar- 5 or more years of experience in a commercial role- Excellent in project management- Strong Analytical skills- High level of verbal and written communication skills- You are a communicative person who likes to take initiatives and act upon them- You are a true team player- Knowledge of English is a must, any other language is an asset- Flexibility to travel occasionally
