This means that in addition to their traditional business of gas stations and lubricants, they are very much committed to electric and other future-oriented mobility solutions.
- To support the strong growth and the challenging future strategy,
- **they are looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager for the BeNeLux.**
**Your mission**:
- You are responsible to create **a digital strategy and roadmap** for the various channels and audiences
- You can draw learnings from previous campaigns & act on them: What would they do if certain campaigns disappoint on results, how would that person proceed?
- You have a **growth/testing mindset** that enables you to test campaigns & act on results
- You have a strong vision for digital, and you can inspire & **motivate your team (**up to 3 people) and internal stakeholders.
- You bring structure & order in the organisation (planning templates, structuring meetings well, determining & following up next steps,...)
**Your profile**:
- You have a first digital experience in a B2C (Retail or other) environment.
- Next to your digital background, you have affinity or experience in Communication / Marketing.
- Ideally you have an additional experience in marketing automation, strategic website building, digital performance marketing and app building.
- People management drives you and gives you energy on a day-to-day basis
- You are willing to be in the office 2 days / week (location: Antwerp)
- You are fluently NL/Eng.
