**Functie**:
Als Work Planner FttH (Fiber to the home) zal je terechtkomen in een team dat instaat voor de aanleg van een glasvezelnetwerk in Zaventem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale planning en voorbereiding van alle werkzaamheden die gebonden zijn aan het project om de uitvoering van de werken zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen laten verlopen.
**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor de technische en administratieve voorbereiding voor het aanleggen van glasvezelnetwerken.
- Je staat in voor de vergunningaanvragen, personeelsplanningen, werkplanningen en verschaft de nodige informatie in het kader van de projecten.
- Je organiseert en plant de onderaannemers per deelgebied. Je fungeert voor hen als aanspreekpunt.
- Je bereidt survey ‘s van de gebouwen voor en controleert ze. Daarnaast zorg je ook voor de tijdige controles op de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, revisies en materialen.
- Je beheert stock met name het beheer van de stock in het magazijn en het signalisatiemateriaal. In geval van onvoldoende stock ben jij het die het materiaal tijdig zal bijbestellen. Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de maandelijkse stocktelling.
- Je registreert klachten en schades en koppelt er de nodige actiepunten aan vast.
- Je staat in nauwe interacties met de permit office om vergunningen tijdig klaar te hebben.
- Je biedt de nodige administratieve ondersteuning aan de projectleider.
**De ideale kandidaat***:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds een aantal jaar ervaring als werfvoorbereider.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van glasvezelnetwerken (Fiber to the Home)
- Je hebt kennis van stockbeheer en hebt ervaring met het werken met onderaannemers. Je kan bij voorkeur ook werken met een heftruck.
- Je hebt ervaring met civiele werken, vergunningen en synergiewerken
- Je hebt sterk communicatieve vaardigheden. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect en je begrijpt/spreekt ook Frans.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word en Excel).
- Je bent in staat mee te denken zowel in de richting van de opdrachtgever als de eindgebruiker.
- Je bent in contact met de verschillende stakeholders, bijgevolg ben je sterk in stakeholder management.
- Ervaring of kennis van Gipod is een mooie plus
