**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?**
Als Quality officer/administrator speel je een ondersteunende rol in het realiseren van verschillende kwaliteitsverbeteringsinitiatieven binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt bij het beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteit managementsysteem en helpt bij het monitoren van de naleving van klantvereisten en productregelgeving. Als Quality officer/administrator maak je deel uit van het Continuous Improvement team en ondersteun je bij de uitvoering van verbeterprojecten die voortvloeien uit de aanbevelingen van audits.
**In jouw rol zorg je voor**:
- Het up-to-date houden van kwaliteitsdocumenten en ervoor zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de organisatie
- en kwaliteitseisen.
- Administratieve ondersteuning bij het opstellen en bijwerken van documenten gerelateerd aan kwaliteit en duurzaamheid in lijn met ISO 9001 en ISO 14001.
- Het plannen en coördineren van afspraken voor audits en het bijhouden van de voortgang van kwaliteitseisen.
- Het verzamelen van informatie bij stakeholders om te voldoen aan wet
- en regelgeving en aandachtspunten die uit audits volgen.
- Ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van corrigerende of preventieve maatregelen.
- Het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning bij communicatie en documentatie rondom audits, correctieve acties, CO2-prestatie en compensatie-initiatieven.
**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je hebt mínimaal een afgeronde bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in relevante richting
- Mogelijkheid tot part-time (4/5de)
- Je hebt 0-3 jaar werkervaring.
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen of vergelijkbare ervaring is een pre.
- Je hebt nieuwsgierig naar kwaliteits
- en compliance vraagstukken en wilt je hier verder in ontwikkelen.
- Je kunt flexibel samenwerken met collega's en andere stakeholders.
- Je bent bekend met administratieve taken en het nauwkeurig up-to-date houden van documentatie.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding, met een open mindset en de capaciteit om veranderingen en nieuwe ontwikkelingen omarmend tegemoet te treden.
