**About Us**
**Role Overview**
As the referral sales executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads for our specialized sales team to convert and therefore achieve our cross-sell ambitions. Your goal will be to generate high-quality business leads that can benefit from our telematics, fuel card or EV charge point solutions, explain them the sales experience they will face with Radius and help continuously improving referral quality (cross sell and up sell).
**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Making a high number of outbound telephone calls, searching for further penetrating the customer base with our outstanding product range (fuel cards, telematics, EV charge points).
- Answer basic questions about products or Radius as business.
- Drive retention, taking on feedback and putting it in to practice.
- Offering services based on customer requirements.
- Driving sales and upsell on Radius products and services.
**What do we expect of you?**
- Ambition to grow towards becoming a full sales person dealing with its own prospection within 6-12 months in one of our business units.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) and telephone manner.
- Driven to exceed expectations.
- Multilingual (NL/FR), English is a plus.
- At ease with the Microsoft office suite as well as Salesforce.
- Experience in one of the industry is preferred.

**Working hours**
MON-THU 08:30 - 17:00 - FRI 08:30 - 16:00
**Salary**
