**About the Role...**:
- As a 1st Line Team Lead at Dstny, you'll play a vital role in leading and motivating our support team to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements in their day-to-day tasks. Our support department is composed of 8 energetic individuals overflowing with enthusiasm and eager to learn, and we're looking for someone who can naturally inspire and motivate this diverse team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.-
- Mentor and motivate the 1st line support team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with team members to ensure they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver a class-leading performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.**What we’re looking for in you...**:
- Experience as a team lead in a first-line customer service environment, or at least 2 years of experience in a service support role.
- Understanding and passion for great customer service.
- Effective multitasker who is methodical and efficient.
- Competent people manager with the ability to lead by example and inspire the team to deliver a class-leading performance.
