**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als Senior Productmanager heb je een belangrijke rol binnen de productontwikkeling van de 4PS producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de lokalisatie van België, je geeft de richting aan die 4PS Belgium moet uitgaan en betrekt de collega’s die nodig zijn om dit te realiseren.

Hiervoor kijk je vanuit verschillende invalshoeken naar de nodige ontwikkeling van onze software om oplossingen te voorzien die een meerwaarde creëren. Je werkt samen met alle belanghebbenden, begrijpt goed de behoeften van de markt, onze klanten en gebruikers en houdt rekening met de technische realiseerbaarheid. Wat is haalbaar, schaalbaar en niet te vergeten: goed te onderhouden. Daarnaast denk je na over hoe we dit het best op de markt kunnen brengen en of het past binnen de strategie van 4PS.

Jij bent de persoon die de belangen van onze software ontwikkelingen voor de Belgische markt zal vertegenwoordigen en gaat in overleg met het International Product Team voor de concrete uitwerking en uitvoering. Kortom, als Senior Product Manager bij 4PS heb je een afwisselende en uitdagende functie waarin je als ‘interne ondernemer’ samen met het team, verantwoordelijk bent voor het succesvol ontwikkelen en lanceren van innovatieve producten.

**Welke uitdagingen staan je te wachten?**:

- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle ontwikkeling, lancering en vernieuwing van onze producten vanuit een strategische blik;
- Je doet marktonderzoek en gaat in gesprek met klanten en gebruikers om hun behoeften te begrijpen en in kaart te kunnen brengen;
- Je identificeert opportuniteiten en mogelijke risico’s;
- Intern werk je samen met verschillende stakeholders, zoals Developers, Business Consultants en het International Product Team;
- Je brengt iedereen op één lijn zodat technische en functionele uitdagingen worden aangepakt in harmonie met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen;
- Je kan structuur en overzicht brengen in een complexe en ambigue omgeving;
- Je prioriteert alle ideeën die er zijn en zorgt voor focus;
- Je behartigt de belangen van de Belgische markt bij het International Product Team.

- Op alle niveaus breng jij gemakkelijk verschillende interne en externe stakeholders bij elkaar;
- Je hebt het vermogen om snel een helikopterview te creëren over complexe functionele en technische onderwerpen;
- Het prioriteren en afwegen van verschillende belangen doe jij zonder stress;
- Je bent een kritische, professionele sparringpartner;
- Je bezit sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je bent een Senior Product Manager en hebt aantoonbare ruime ervaring in productmanagement;
- Je hebt ervaring in IT en software ontwikkeling, het liefst in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Je hebt een achtergrond in de bouwsector en kennis van de branche;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Engelse taal (Frans is een pluspunt);
- Persoonlijkheid is voor ons erg belangrijk. Je bent betrokken, hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent een teamplayer.
