**Mission**
- Ta mission principale ? Accompagner l’IT Manager dans le maintien de l’infrastructure système, plateforme et Workstation _

Tes défis quotidiens seront:

- Gérer les achats matériels associés aux réalisations d’infrastructure.
- Suivre les sous-traitants.
- Tester les solutions techniques choisies.
- Rédiger les documents techniques liés à l’architecture, ainsi que des documents à destination des utilisateurs (manuel, procédure).
- Apporter un support quotidien aux utilisateurs de Deltatec.
- Vous gérez de manière proactive les stocks (postes de travail, imprimantes, toners, accessoires...).
- Participer activement aux projets du département informatique.

**Profil**

Gradué en Informatique (orientation réseau et/ou gestion) ou formation qualifiante dans le domaine informatique, nous recherchons une personne prête à apprendre et à relever le défi

Que tu les maitrises déjà toutes ou non, l’équipe développera avec toi diverses compétences:

- Réseau (switching, routing, firewalling, VLAN, etc) ;
- Administration Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, etc), Windows Client & systèmes Linux ;
- Montage et dépannage de matériels informatiques ;
- Infrastructure réseau, téléphonique et plateforme et plusieurs systèmes d’exploitation (Windows étant le minimum)).
- Connaissances dans les domaines Cloud (Azure / Microsoft 365), docker & virtualisation.
- Connaissance de base en infrastructure applicative.
- Bonne notion des mécanismes de gestion d’un service IT (ITIL) : incident, demande, problème, change management.
