- We're looking for a _**Customer Success Consultant**_ _who will take over our customer journey after the Account Executive (AE) closed the deal._
- A Customer Success Consultant is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of their success. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals._
- As Customer Success it is your mission to deliver impeccable service before, during and after a deal. You are the solid backbone of our onboarding process making it as frictionless as possible. You are detailed, responsible, a great communicator and a pleasure to work with._
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Wow Factor ( advocate customers interest internally, host feedback meetings,)
- Manage the onboarding process & provide first line help ( ensure timely delivery of the order service, gather all must have informations, )
- Drive sales ( pro-active follow-up, brief the AE about cross-sell opportunities, )
- Collaboration ( work closely with AE, build relationship with all departments, )
**Requirements**:
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.
- You have great written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French and proficient of English as it is the main language within the company. Other languages are a plus.
- A can-do and will-do attitude which means you always take ownership of your work
