**Job purpose**

At BSEMIA level for Retread product group:
Support implementation and development of Network & Channel Strategy for PCT and Retread across BSEMIA:

- Definition of Value proposition for Franchisee Network
- Design ideal network footprint taking into account TBR product group strategies.
- Monitor and drive network business performance supporting Regions across EMIA.
- Evaluate network service level and customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting, reporting & marketing intelligence.

Main accountabilities:
Support Head of Retread to:

- Evaluate actual Franchisee footprint taking into account different strategies among products groups.
- Set business KPI and priorities to assure proper coverage as well as synergies with TBR
- Map trade and end-user market to identify customers to be approached through geo-marketing tools.

Action Plan, Strategic frameworks, KPI in place, market maps & geo-tools.

- Monitor channel performance through Channel Dashboards in order to take proper countermeasure to drive business results.

Education

University Degree

Pref: Economics / Marketing / Communication / Management Engineering

MBA is a plus

Professional certification(s):
English qualification is a plus

Professional experience:
Min: 2/3 years in well structured company. Multinational environment preferred.

Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, After Sales, Business Development or Sales support, Sales.

Preferred Industry: Consumer goods, Consumer electronics, Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Automotive / Parts, Retail, Consulting.

Personal attributes:
Brilliant analytical skills, precise, reliable. High Excel proficiency is a must.

Forward thinking, willing to learn, open minded and flexible.

Good communication skills. Good Powerpoint knowledge.

Target oriented and able to manage complexity and high pressure.

Effective interaction, ability to work closely with multi language countries from one side and Management from the other side.

Integrity is a must.

High motivation. Development plan in 2 years.
