Thermo King partners with an extensive network of independent dealers, located all over the world, to bring its products to market and service its customers. The proficiency and footprint of our dealer network has always been one of our key differentiators. We are looking for an experienced senior leader to serve as our Dealer Network Development Leader. Reporting to the Vice President of Services, Aftermarket and Channel Excellence, you will be responsible for the overall Thermo King EMEA dealer strategy development and deployment. You will play a key role in Thermo King EMEA’s success through your focus on strengthening our dealer partnerships and channel to have maximum market impact and improve our leadership position in the industry.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Participate in and drive certain aspects of Thermo King EMEA SBU strategy
- Define our channel strategy and execution roadmap, providing direction to the project teams.
- Monitor dealer sales and service coverage and identify improvement opportunities linked to the business strategy.
- Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative performance of our dealer network. Design and manage the dealer incentive programs with a focus on performance and simplicity.
- Work in close collaboration with Regional Directors and other key members of the commercial organization to drive dealer performance and ensure follow through of agreed actions.
- Manage the stages of prospection, recruitment, onboarding, conversion, and termination of Dealers across EMEA.
- Develop strong relationships with our dealer community, ensuring clear, two-way communication between dealers and the different business functions.
- Lead the dealer development team who are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to Thermo King dealerships to improve dealer capabilities increase sales performance, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the European Dealer Advisory Council and work closely with the EDAC President to identify areas of opportunity to create programs, training, education, growth, that deliver a Triple Win (Thermo King, the dealer and the customer).
- Advocate and drive continued deployment of lean capability and BOS across the dealer network.

**What are the requirements?**
- Strong academic background supported by a bachelor’s degree in related field
- Previous direct channel management experience
- Demonstrated ability of thinking strategically, translating strategy into a workable plan and guiding the execution of that strategy
- Proven track record demonstrating business and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multi-party relationships among internal and external stakeholder
- Ability to manage large scale change management
- Proven communication skills demonstrating both written, oral and listening capability
- Demonstrated leadership capability specifically in conflict management and negations
- Ability to collaborate, aligning external customer needs and Thermo King goals
