Are you ready for an administrative journey full of challenges and growth? Then read on because we are looking for a **Sales admin employee **for our BYD dealership **in Zaventem** who will mainly assist our agency network.

**What are you going to do?**

After the Sales Team of our agency network has closed a sale, you must ensure the further follow-up in order to guarantee a smooth delivery of the car. This includes the following tasks:

- Manual entry of vehicle and order status data into Excel.
- Carefully check and confirm steps in the sales/delivery process in Smartsheet.
- Follow-up of financing and registration of vehicles.
- Meticulous follow-up of orders through leasing companies and ensuring that all required documents are provided.
- Liaise with agencies in case of missing documents/information.
- Coordination of the delivery of vehicles with agencies and logistics manager.
- Follow-up of possible complaints.
- Invoicing to agencies.
- Act as a backup for colleagues.
- Manual entry of sold cars in Excel.

**Who are we looking for?**

Education/Experience:

- Previous experience in an administrative role with customer interactions.

Technical Proficiency Requirements:

- Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Navision - Incadea) is a plus.

Language skills:

- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Non-technical proficiency requirements:
