The Account Executive provides high-quality intelligence gathering and monitoring services to Hanover’s existing Brussels clients, together with research and administrative support on new business activities. They would also be responsible for helping with the organization of stakeholder events, and providing administrative support for meetings with clients.

The Account Executive should embrace the challenges of supporting a mix of public affairs and communications activities across various sectors, including digital policy, energy and sustainability, and trade. Flexibility is required, and Hanover will offer an authentically cooperative approach to attaining the elevated standards we provide to our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Monitoring, gathering intelligence and providing analysis of EU policies, legislation, and stakeholders
- Conducting value-add research to produce high-quality draft reports and background notes for existing clients, and to support tenders, pitches and new business meetings
- Attend and report on meetings, including by drafting agendas and action notes
- Provide logístical support for meetings and events (e.g. room bookings, invitations, speaker briefing notes, and catering)
- Contribute towards marketing activity to promote Hanover (from concept proposals to realization)
- Develop understanding of company budget setting, management processes and Hanover financial and marketing systems including TimeRun and Salesforce.
