We are currently looking for our future Account Executive to strengthen our Belgium team

**What will you be doing ?**:
Now, we need our farmer
- someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us conquer new customers in corporate or real estate

As an Account Executive, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your role?

Hunting account and generating news leads. Turn those leads into long-term partners, navigate complex sales cycles, and most importantly, close deals successfully to take our startup to new heights.
- Identify and engage prospects (Corporate and Real estate) in the Belgian and Luxembourg market.
- Manage long and complex sales cycles, from the first contact to contract signing.
- Work with Hubspot to efficiently manage your pipeline and optimize your performance.
- Collaborate closely with our Senior Account Executive, Marketing and Product teams to offer the best solutions to our clients.
- Close deals and exceed your sales targets while building strong client relationships.
- Grow within a constantly evolving environment with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities within the sales team, should you wish.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this position you should relate to the following expectations:

- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Executive ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.
- A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.
- The desire to be part of an adventure, with the possibility of evolving into more senior roles.
- A strong mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
- An entrepreneurship mindset with the desire to evangelize a market.
- You are not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
- You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients' needs.
- The drive to join an ambitious, supportive team that's ready to guide you through this adventure.
- You have an ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
- You speak natively French and English without efforts.
- Bonus: You have experience in Real Estate and/or you speak dutch.
