**WE’RE HIRING**

**Business development manager**

Ethnicraft strives to build strong partnerships with our customers. We do everything we can to make them enthusiastic promoters of our company and brand. The sales department has an important role in achieving these goals.

For our Contract & Trade department, we are looking for an International Sales Business Development Manager to cover focus markets in the Middle East and Africa, with opportunities to grow the brand in Asia as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the expansion of our commercial activities by prospecting and attracting new clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Generate and pursue leads
- Visit clients and prospects and actively participate and visit international trade fairs
- Management and execution of the entire sales process

PROFILE
- You have a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus
- You are fluent in English (oral and written)
- You have an enthusiasm for working with clients from cultures other than your own, adapting to cultural nuances and customs
- You are comfortable working independently to grow business in high potential areas that have not been developed yet
- You are commercially minded and have a sales-driven approach
- You have excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
- You have experience working in a CRM (like Hubspot or Salesforce)
- You have a working knowledge of Excel
- You can work in a project-based and solution-oriented way
- You are flexible, results driven and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong interest in interior design, furniture and architecture; experience in the regions of the Middle East and Africa in the furniture industry is a plus
