Jobomschrijving
- Als Consultant bij Tempo-Team Childcare, help je dagelijks ouders die nood hebben aan opvang voor hun zieke kind.
- We bieden de dienst aan personeel van privé bedrijven alsook leden van ziekenfondsen.
- Je stelt ouders gerust door snel de zorg voor hun zieke kind te organiseren. U beheert de kinderopvangpool, waarmee u regelmatig contact opneemt. Tevens zorgt u voor de recrutering van kinderoppassers.
- Jij zorgt dus voor tevreden ouders en gelukkige kinderoppassers.

Jouw aanbod
- Een ervaring in de dienstensector is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een scherp inzicht en een goede mensenkennis.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel.
- Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig en werkt resultaatgericht.
- Voor Brussel is tweetaligheid een must.

Het uurrooster is het volgende: van maandag tot donderdag, van 12u tot 20u en op zondag van 12u tot 20u. Van thuis uit werken is mogelijk (zeker op zondag). Prestaties worden ook verwacht tijdens feestdagen. Daarvoor bieden we premies (voor s avonds werk, weekend en feestdagen).

Maar voor ons gaat het vooral om wie je bent. Zo weet je makkelijk contact te leggen met mensen. Je vrienden en kennissen loven je er zelfs om. Het maakt van jou een sterke netwerker en het is ook gewoon fun om met jou samen te werken.

Als jij dan nog zorgt voor de ‘goesting’, dan zorgen wij er met onze opleidingen mee voor dat jij een expert wordt. Anders gezegd, een creatieve, commerciële en resultaatgerichte doener.
