We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer (PMO), who is expected to have strong Project Planning and Process Management skill sets to join our project Data & Reporting - The Management Board asked to review current segment based reporting to be more in line with the updated Strategy from the client. Such a change in segment reporting implies a huge operational change in the systems. A project has been launched to define the new segmentation and reporting needs and develop those items into the systems. We have already a first set of deliverables that are used eg for external reporting but we need to stabilize and finalize those before a larger roll out eg for commercial reporting. Crucial remaining activities are (not exhaustive) explain, document and validate the different methodological aspects used for this new set of reportings, improve allocation of P&L to customer level, identify and explain main impacts on a set of key reportings for the management. People from different departments will need to work together on this project to make things happenProject is under the sponsorship of the CFO, with co-lead by head of Strategic Planning & Performance Management and Data & Analytics. Given the high workload for other recurring and non recurring tasks, a support in PMO is needed.

She/he will:

- provide leadership, facilitate meetings with the project team, steering group, department managers and potential third parties.
- prepare the steering committee meetings. You will plan and lead the necessary transversal adjustments.
- produce presentations for senior management.
- coordinate the various sub-projects.

DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Plan & design the end-to-end program management and proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between his program and others projects
- Management of key program deliverables (draft and validate business requirements, customer journey’s, roadmap design, preparation for SteerCo, ).
- Stakeholder Management, set-up of a governance with all stakeholders (PMT / Steering)
- Manage project delivery on budget / time / scope
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
- Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

Functie-eisen

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in Banking sector.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal (NL, FR, EN) communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- With the ability to take a step back and find a pragmatic solution
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in projects related to customer profitability / management reporting is a plus
