Account Executive AI start-up

**Intro**:
In a nutshell, our client, who is a Belgian-based AI start-up is looking for a (Full-stack) Account Executive. With their innovative AI platform, they just received big funding (€1mil +) intended to increase their sales and marketing prowess. This and a huge pool of potential clients means they now only need those A-players in Sales and Marketing.

**What will you do**:
The goal is to further expnd their market share internationally. In the future, they want to be the PowerBI of spatial analytics. You’ll play a big part in all this and have a big impact on the growth of the company.

In due time you could open different locations, manage teams, and, capture different markets and countries. Options are endless if you’re willing to go for it

For now, you’ll be doing this:

- Going after leads, qualifying leads, and closing sales. I mean you’re a full-stack AE, you do it all. (except admin, no worries)
- Prepare accurate forecasts, build a funnel to cover targets, and document activities in HubSpot.
- You’ll manage your own pipeline, spot bottlenecks, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- You’ll be selling a big data AI solution. So think problem-solving, not hard-selling.
- Since you’re a sales guy/girl let’s talk numbers. You will be closing deals anywhere between €50.000;
- to €500.000,-. Big boy numbers so be prepared.
- You’re part of a start-up, this means options for growth are endless and your work really matters. You create your own path and that of the company. However, since you have such a big impact, your failures will weigh just as much. Be honest, open, and ask for help when you need it
- COMMUNICATE You’re part of a small team doing something big. Speak up and speak often.
- Enjoy not having 7 stages of approval in order to try new things. Get creative, be dynamic, adapt, improve, and go get them
- **Market segment**: clients in Maritime, Mobility and IoT
- **Inbound**:you’ll get leads from various places including marketing that you can qualify and close.
- **The team**: you’ll work closely with a senior sales, co-founder, and performance-driven marketing rep.

**Who are you**:

- Above all, you’re honest and open. Not afraid to have an opinion or ask for help.
- You’re social and want to meet everyone at events.
- You’re involved and feel you’re part of the company’s journey.
- You sell solutions to problems, not products to customers. (background in SaaS is a plus)
- You sell internationally, so English is a must, any other EU language is a plus.
- You’re not afraid of big deals with multiple stakeholders.

**What do they offer**:

- Fixed salary (60%): €3500;
- to €4500,
- Bonus/commission (40%)

**Salary**: €3.500,00 - €5.000,00 per month
