**Temporary contract**
**Location: Louvain-Neuve, Walloon Region, Belgium**
**Place of Work: Hybrid**

Join us as a Material Planner on a temporary contract in Louvain-Neuve, offering a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you'll drive our supply chain efficiency by estimating raw material needs, facilitating supplier communications, and managing purchase orders. **Your key responsibilities**
- Estimate Raw Material needs based on forecasts
- Forecasting communication to supplier according to Buyer’s guidelines and Purchasing strategy
- Requisition analysis & issue PO to selected supplier(s) according to Buyer’s guidelines
- Supplier’s PO confirmation checking, and monitor PO until reception and QC approval
- Sample request from selected suppliers and management/follow-up with QC
- Liaise directly with supplier for PO date and quantity maintenance

**You bring**
- Bachelor degree in a technical, scientific or supply chain discipline
- Fluent in English & French, any other language is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills, experience in SAP (APO/R3) is a plus
