Voor een van onze klanten, een speler in de healthy restauratie, zijn wij op zoek naar een store manager voor het nieuwe verkooppunt in Antwerpen - Meir (daguren).
**Uw missie**:
Als Store Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor het operationele en administratieve beheer van uw shop.
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van uw team om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
U ziet erop toe dat de criteria inzake kwaliteit van dienstverlening, verkoop, onderhoud en
productiviteit worden gehaald.
**Uw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- U bent een voorbeeld voor uw team en u bent de referentie voor de werking van de winkel
- Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om uw personeel gemotiveerd, georganiseerd en op duidelijke doelstellingen gericht te houden
- u zorgt voor de ontwikkeling van uw medewerkers, zodat zij binnen de structuur kunnen evolueren en autonoom worden
- U maakt uw personeel bewust van het belang van het aanbieden van kwaliteitsproducten en een aangename omgeving (netheid, sfeer,....)
- Met uw team, zorgt u ervoor dat uw klanten een uitstekende service krijgen
- U zorgt ervoor dat de commerciële doelstellingen worden bereikt, vooral door klantenbinding
- U stelt actieplannen voor en voert ze uit om de bijkomende verkoop te ontwikkelen
- U analyseert en geeft elke week commentaar op uw dashboards om op de goede weg te blijven met uw omzet
- en productiviteitsdoelstellingen
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de kassa's
- U zorgt ervoor dat inventarissen op tijd en accuraat worden aangeleverd
- U houdt een adequaat voorraadniveau (geen tekorten, voldoende omzet, beheer van houdbaarheidsdata)
- U werft, traint en ontwikkelt personeel om ervoor te zorgen dat alle posities op tijd worden ingevuld

- U bent rigoureus, georganiseerd en positief
- U hebt goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- U hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en bent handig met cijfers en KPI’S
- Kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid zijn uw prioriteiten
