Voor een bedrijf gelegen in **Zele** en actief in de industrie zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerd **Business Development Manager.**
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de **promotie en verkoop** van de innovatieve producten bij klanten in **Nederland.**
De vestiging in Nederland ligt in de buurt van Leiden.
Na een interne opleiding sta je in voor:
- ** beheren en uitbreiden van het productaanbod** en **services bij bestaande klanten**:
- ** werven van nieuwe klanten **met ondersteuning van inside sales
- analyseren van de behoefte van de klant en zoeken naar passende oplossingen in uiteenlopende situaties
- onderhandelingen voeren aangaande lopende en nieuwe contracten
- ** introduceren en presenteren van nieuwe (innovatieve) producten bij jouw relaties**:
- opvolgen van ontwikkelingen in de markt en hierbij de nodige acties ondernemen
- opstellen van je doelen, salesplanning en een accountplan in overleg met de sales
Je werkt in jouw rol nauw samen met het hoofdkantoor te Zele. Je kan vanuit home office werken en bent het grootste deel van jouw tijd onderweg naar afspraken.
Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Europe.
**Kwalificaties**:
We zijn op zoek naar een commerciële persoonlijkheid die beschikt over een proactieve en klantgerichte benadering
- ** Commercialiteit zit je in het bloed** en jij bent sterk in het leggen van contacten
- Je toont een grote mate van autonomie maar bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamspeler
- ** Je stelt prioriteiten**:
- Je bent een **ondernemer in hart en nieren** en bent **sterk gericht op marktontwikkelingen**:
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in (Key) Account Management en/of business development in B2B
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een economische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Engels.
