**Als rasechte Transposafe ambassador bouw je onze merkperceptie en de sterke klantenrelaties op. Je ontwikkelt verder onze klantenportefeuille in de Benelux.**
**Wat je doet**:
**In deze functie** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de promotie en verkoop van de innovatieve Transposafe producten bij klanten in Nederland en Vlaanderen.
Je werkzaamheden zijn:
- Beheren en uitbreiden van het productaanbod en services bij bestaande klanten.
- Werven van nieuwe klanten met ondersteuning van inside sales.
- Analyseren van de behoefte van de klant en zoeken naar passende oplossingen in uiteenlopende situaties.
- Onderhandelingen voeren aangaande lopende en nieuwe contracten.
- Samen met het backoffice team aanvragen, tenders en offertes omzetten in orders.
- Introduceren en presenteren van nieuwe (innovatieve) producten bij jouw relaties
- Opvolgen van ontwikkelingen in de markt en hierbij de nodige acties ondernemen
- Opstellen van je doelen, salesplanning en een accountplan in overleg met de sales
In deze rol werk je veel samen met collega’s uit het Transposafe sales
- en marketingteam in Noordwijk (Nederland), alsmede met je Brady collega’s op het hoofdkantoor in Zele (België). Je werkt vanuit je home office en bent het grootste deel van de tijd onderweg naar afspraken. Af en toe werk je een dag op het kantoor in Zele of Noordwijk. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Europe.
**Wie je bent**:
We zijn op zoek naar een commerciële persoonlijkheid die beschikt over een pro-actieve en klantgerichte benadering.
Jouw profiel:
- Commercialiteit zit je in het bloed en jij bent sterk in het leggen van contacten;
- Je toont een grote mate van autonomie maar bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamspeler;
- Je stelt prioriteiten;
- Je bent een ondernemer in hart en nieren en bent sterk gericht op marktontwikkelingen;
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in (Key) Account Management en/of business development in B2B;
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een economische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Engels.
