Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, realiseren en coördineren van transversale, complexe, strategische projecten.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor grote transversale projecten. Je ontwerpt hoogwaardige technologische oplossingen en analyseert de kosten en baten. Je coacht en geeft functioneel leiding aan de (associate) project leiders en (senior) analisten.
Je adviseert het senior management bij het bouwen van visie en strategie voor jouw specifieke domeinen.
Je informeert je team, peers en senior management wat betreft visie, strategie en projecten en vertaalt deze naar teamobjectieven.
Je wordt door je collega's beschouwd als functioneel expert op meerdere gebieden en je hebt een goed begrip van de bank/verzekering/technologie organisatie en projectenportfolio.
Je hebt een transversale impact op bedrijfsniveau

- Een masterdiploma (economisch, financieel, wiskundig, juridisch of informatica) en/of een eerste werkervaring.
- Een dynamische, projectgerichte persoonlijkheid die snel zaken oppikt.
- Een analytische, proactieve en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
- Een gestructureerde, planmatige aanpak.
- Een uitgesproken teamgevoel.

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Een sterke affiniteit met projectmanagement, IT en processen.
