We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our technical team as a Planner. As a Planner, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our team of technicians involved in alarm system installations and services. Your primary role will be to ensure optimal planning and coordination, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for alarm system installations and services.
- Manage the agenda of the technical team, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding appointment changes or modifications.
- Rebook appointments in the event of technician sickness or unavailability, maintaining optimal scheduling.
- Continuously optimize the planning process, making suggestions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the VIPP team and Telesales teleclose to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Supervise and maintain an as optimal agenda as possible, considering customer preferences and operational requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch language is required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for planning
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with alarm systems or the security industry is a plus.
