As the ESG Project Manager you will support DSC’s ESG product development and ensure successful implementation after. Drive product rollout strategies (incl. DHL’s GoGreen Plus) to successfully manage and deliver ESG projects while meeting the cost, timescale, and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Contribute to ESG product development in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.
- Support on global rollout and implementation strategy of new ESG products after pilot implementation (especially in the field of Insetting).
- Provide support in creating Product Design Documents (PDD) to ensure audit trails and alignments within project team. Additionally ensure high quality of product manuals and process documentation.
- Ensure identification of project risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Support on the overall process development of Book & Claim methodologies in line with external global standards (e.g., GHGP, SBTI, SFC) and ensure a clean data management including third party verification statements.
- Present structured analysis of customer requirements and propose solution/ project which aims to meet the needs of the customer.
- Conduct and oversee life cycle assessments of products to understand their environmental and business impact (especially in the field of Insetting)
- Advocate for policies that support ESG product development.
- Manage certifications and adherence to ESG standards for products.
- Support during product rollout in Quality and Compliance Assurance when offering to customers
- Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure accurate and transparent disclosure of ESG performance.

- Passion and proven working experience within sustainability, with a deep understanding of global ESG standards and sustainable business practices

- Proven experience within strategic planning, Business Analysis, Data Processing and Process Improvement - beneficial
- DHL Business Knowledge in Business Processes, Business Strategy and Project Management - beneficial
- Strong Stakeholder Management with the ability to influence and negotiate with all levels of seniority - essential
- Ability to face complex situations that require extensive investigation and analysis - beneficial
- Advanced MS Office skills essential
- Advanced Power BI skills beneficial
