We are looking for a **Quality System Officer **with very good communication skills and ready to take challenges, to join us in our Biologic Drug Substance Internal Capacity team, based in **Braine-l’Alleud**, **Belgium.**

**About the role**:
You will be part of our new manufacturing building and provide:

- Support for implementation of governance and quality management system
- Support for staff qualification deployment (training and Matrix)
- Ensure the distribution and reconciliation of Batch record

**Who you will work with**:
You will partner with an enthusiastic QA team and be a strong partner of production and compliance’s team.

**What you’ll do**:
As part of quality Teams, you will:

- Ensure quality assurance activities linked to the quality systems in place (CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, etc.)
- Report any significant problem that could present a risk (quality, cost, timing, etc.)
- Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a cooperative working method
- Write, Review SOPs links to quality systems
- Participate in improvement projects (redesign of SOP/training content etc.) and projects linked to the introduction of a new product
- Support the deployment of quality governance in line with the quality management system into UCB (shopfloor)
- Ensure the “in place, in use” of these governance
- Provide relevant improvement based on GEMBA
- Provide reporting (status, KPI) for quality system
- In partnership with compliance’s team set in place efficient training plan (training and Matrix) with a focus on quality systems and Team
- Improve the training content and the way they are given
- Ensure the distribution and reconciliation of Batch record and Label

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**:

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline
- A previous experience in Manufacturing / Quality in a biopharma industry
- Proven experience into a Lean culture environment
- Good knowledges of GMP
- Fluent in French - the ability to interact in English is an asset
