**Beschrijving**:
WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS - Voor een wereldspeler in de logistiek met meerdere sites in België zijn we op zoek naar een Team Coach voor hun Fresh Foods site in de regio van Willebroek. Vanuit deze site worden alle dagverse voeding richting aangeleverd naar één van de grootste retailers in België.
Als Team Coach heb je verantwoordelijkheid over zo’n 20-40 medewerkers en zorgen jullie er samen als team voor dat de dagelijkse logistieke flows perfect verlopen tijdens jullie shift, rekening houdend met de planning en vooropgestelde targets.
Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de motivatie en het aansturen van jouw team. Je leidt het dagelijkse werkoverleg met je team en rapporteert je de nodige KPIs aan de operations manager. Je werkt problemen weg om een optimale service naar de klant dagelijks te garanderen. Verder initieer en ondersteun je bij het uitrollen van verbeteringsprojecten in het warehouse.
Je zal meedraaien in een ploegenstelsel van afwisselend vroege en late shift en je hebt ten allen tijden een voorbeeldfunctie op het vlak van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Enkele jaren werkervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving & leiding geven
- Je bent een geboren motivator & coach
- Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken
- Je geniet van samenwerken als een team en dagelijks resultaten te halen
- Je bent procesmatig sterk en kan nauwkeurig werken in systemen
