**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and record dishwasher temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment in the canteen.
- Clean and maintain bin rooms, including sweeping and mopping the floors.
- Set and adjust dishwasher temperatures as needed for optimal performance.
- Refill dispensers with hand soap and paper towels in work areas.
- Keep the chemicals room tidy, organized, and hygienic.
- Clean floors using water, disinfectant soap, brushes, and squeegees, ensuring drains, table legs, and other surfaces are spotless.
