**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Wat ga je doen?
- Je onderhoudt een goede klantenrelatie op zowel operationeel als tac-tisch/strategisch niveau. Je zorgt ervoor dat de klanten tevreden zijn en de gevraagde service tijdig en kwalitatief wordt opgeleverd.
- Je zoekt groeiopportuniteiten bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor sterke communi-catie en projectopvolging in geval er problemen opduiken met de service.
- Je bent eindeverantwoordelijke voor al de processen gerelateerd aan de unit, zoals service delivery, planning en het verloop van de technische interventies, kwaliteitsbe-waking, rapportage, ITe bewaakt dat deze vlot lopen en waar nodig verbeterd worden. Je hebt een constante focus op innovatie en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
- Je zorgt voor de ontwikkelingen, ondersteuning en tevredenheid van onze NL & BE medewerkers binnen de teams IT.

- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Mechelen, met de mogelijkheid voor telewerk.
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

Als ideale **Business Manager IT Benelux** herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

- Je hebt een bewezen ‘general management’ track record en kan vlot mee met financi-ele onderwerpen, personeelszaken, project management, communicatie, klantenrela-ties, operationeel management, overleg met vakbonden etc.,
- Je genoot een hogere opleiding en bent gewend te werken in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving.
- Je werkt graag met mensen samen in een internationale matrix omgeving en bent gewend om structuur aan te brengen en deze te vertalen in de dagdagelijkse operaties.
- Je hebt een praktische benadering en ziet kansen in plaats van issues.. Goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels is vereist, Franse taalkennis is een leuke plus
- Volgende termen zijn op jouw lijf geschreven: collegiaal, positieve en enthousiaste in-stelling, betrokken, verantwoordelijk, assertief, stressbestendig, analytisch en gestructureerd.
