**Description**:
Your duties as a Legal Administrative Assistant include the following:
You build a database for all insurance and business contracts and for all legal documents of the various business entities;
You prepare the agenda items for board meetings and ensure that reports are stored correctly;
You assist in easily finding the necessary documents.

You have a bachelor's degree in business management or you can demonstrate equivalent experience;
You have a preference for administration and keeping documents;
You have a proficiendy level in English; Dutch or French is a big plus

You have good computer skills (MS Office & Excel).

You work in an organized, effective, proactive and creative manner.

A permanent contract for full-time employment of 39 hours per week (a 4/5th employment is possible);
