De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **SERVICE DELIVERY OFFICER** zijn:

- Je neemt het voortouw in alle aspecten met betrekking tot voortdurende verbetering.
- Het leveren van de juiste gegevens, in het juiste formaat voor de juiste persoon op het juiste moment is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
- Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het creëren en opvolgen van documentatie met betrekking tot kwaliteitsaspecten, onderhoudscontracten en serviceniveau-rapporten, aspecten, onderhoudscontracten en service level reports.
- Je coördineert ook de setup van de tools die nodig zijn om de vereiste interne en externe Key Performance Indicators te realiseren.
- Je rapporteert aan de Service Delivery Manager en werkt samen met de Team Lead, de Service Level Manager en de systeemexperts.
- Je vormt het kernteam voor geïntegreerd servicemanagement

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **SERVICE DELIVERY OFFICER** zijn:

- Je bent een professioneel bachelor
- of masterdiploma
- Je hebt affiniteit met dienstverlening binnen een technologische omgeving
- Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP, Business Dynamics) en bent leergierig
- Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office 365-toepassingen (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, visio,...)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en goed Engels
- Je beschik over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Vooral face to face
- Je hebt een analytisch brein. Ben je goed georganiseerd, dynamisch, flexibel en leergierig.
- Je hebt uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden (Service Level Reports, kwaliteitsdocumenten).
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, zodat je een consistente kwaliteit van de deliverables kunt handhaven en bewaken.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je bent actiegericht, kwaliteitsgerichtheid en aandacht voor detail.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
- Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van relatiebeheer (interne en externe klanten).
