To extend the VTBA web team we are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Manager to set up, run, and report on E-Commerce Growth Strategy for the Vacuum Technique Business Area. The goal of the E-Commerce Growth Manager is to set the strategy and complete the plans that can translate insights into higher conversions, increased online awareness and presence and top line growth in particular for new customers. You will report to the Web Customer Experience Manager.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need**:
- An eagerness to grow within the function and will do so proactively by both own initiative and through guidance from supervisor

- The ability to shape a strategic direction.

- Main drivers for top line growth in E-commerce
- 3+ years of experience with CMS setups and integrations between CMS systems, Analytic tools (Google analytics, Adobe analytics, Datastudio, PowerBI, Hotjar, CRM, Hubspot, GTM, Optimize, Target)
- A high level of proactiveness
- High working proficiency in English
- Team leader experience
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will help create the General Vacuum digital sales growth strategy
- You will lead paid traffic projects (SEA), the customer acquisition and SEA strategy, user-data projects with the UX and the data teams
- You will increase digital brand awareness and presence to our e-commerce platforms and steer the strategy for both using data from visitor's behavior analyses
- You will improve organic traffic growth strategy and domain authority with SEO-optimized content and technical SEO practices
- You will develop Indicators that can be used to analyze performance of several E-commerce activities together with the data team
- You will coordinate together with content team with every divisional Marketing and Communications departments regarding product strategy and content
- You will also lead their own projects for content, SEO/SEA, UX, reporting and competence development in customer centers together with the VTBA web team
