**Implementation Project Lead**

**Jouw rol binnen ons team**

Als implementatie project lead ben je verantwoordelijke voor het technisch begeleiden van de afdeling Analyse/Verificatie, het beheer van de analysetoestellen, het implementeren van nieuwe analysemethodes in de holding van Primoris en het continu verbeteren van processen in het labo. Jij werkt nauw samen met het hoofd labo, de teamleaders, de afdeling Development & Technology (D&T), externe partners en jouw collega van implementatie. Jij rapporteert aan het hoofd labo.

**Wat doe je concreet?**

Je geeft technische ondersteuning

Je zorgt ervoor dat de toestellencapaciteit gemonitord en gemanaged wordt

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe methodes en processen en je leidt de medewerkers op

Je coördineert en organiseert het continu verbeteren in het labo

Je adviseert D&T bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe methodes, je geeft praktische input

Je optimaliseert het gebruik van labomateriaal en werkt mee aan innovatie in de labopraktijk

Je analyseert data om tot betere processen te komen

Je leid labo-brede projecten (IT, automatisatie)

**Ervaring**

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een wetenschappelijke richting

Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een laboratorium omgeving

Je hebt kennis van procedures en processen in een labo omgeving en het managen van capaciteiten op een effectieve manier

Je hebt ervaring met een LIMS systeem

Je hebt ervaring met chromatografie (GC/LC) en bent vertrouwd met de toestellen

Je hebt ervaring in project management en stakeholder management

Je hebt ervaring met continu verbeteren

Je bent in staat om het geheel te overzien maar tegelijk heb je oog voor de onderliggende details en data

Je bent data-driven en werkt graag met cijfers en analyses

Je bent vlot in jouw communicatie en je kan mensen ook zonder hiërarchische lijn in beweging brengen

Je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en je kan flexibel omgaan met verandering

Je kan mensen meenemen in verandering en hen doen nadenken over continu verbeteren

Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar taken tijdkritiek zijn en het werkvolume varieert

De externe en interne klant zijn bij jou altijd top of mind

Talen : Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van Spaans is een plus;
