**The working environment**
- Work within our Innovation Lab, part of the Strategy, Business Development, Innovation, Marketing & Communications Department (Nuclear)
- Report directly to the Head of Digital Lab
- Our Digital Lab is committed to advancements in nuclear engineering, developing state-of-the-art tools, products, and services aimed at addressing pertinent use-cases within the nuclear field.
- We leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Digital Twins, System Engineering, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing
- Our approach is progressive - we encourage the ideation of fresh concepts, foster their rigorous testing, and bring them into action as market-ready digital solutions
**Your role**
- In collaboration with the business, you proactively identify and cherry-pick impactful use cases. These use cases can either streamline our internal processes or pave the way for pioneering products/services to enhance our external client offerings.
- You act as a liaison between internal and external clients, you refine and craft the functional characteristics of the proposed solutions to align with their needs.
- You are responsible for specifying and prioritizing digital product features to be developed.
- You work in synergy with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of our innovative products.
- You play an integral role across the entire lifecycle of the digital product and services - from business development, drafting commercial proposals, to overseeing the execution of studies.
- You keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, you contribute to market intelligence initiatives, monitoring tech trends, and competitive landscape related to the new products/services under your care.
**Your profile**
- You hold a Master’s degree from an accredited engineering and/or business university.
- You have 5+ years of experience in the engineering sector ; an experience or an interest in digital/AI and/or Nuclear
- You are ambitious, self-driven and result-oriented with a strong interest in innovation and product development
- You are good at capturing and anticipating customers' needs.
- You have experience working with IT/developers team and be able to communicate effectively with them
- You have an excellent command of English, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Knowledge of other languages is welcome
- You are a natural communicator (both oral and written) and are able to explain complex topics in understandable language to your different stakeholders.
- You have a great capacity for multicultural human relations and a team player.
- You are willing to travel abroad on short missions.
