**What you’ll do**
As our Head of People, you will be the architect behind our most vital asset: our team. You'll lead the charge in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while shaping a dynamic culture that aligns with our mission and values. And yes, with our rapid growth, you'll need to bring your A-game to recruitment — because the future of AI isn't going to build itself
You will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive people strategy, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
- Partner with the leadership team to align our people strategy with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, and compliance, ensuring Radix remains a great place to work.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective people strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch or French knowledge being a big plus.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with the desire to help shape the future of AI.
